The labor market conference was a success

The information session held by the business consulting company was extremely interesting and extremely timelyin the context of corporate social responsibility,on Saturday morning at the Katerini conference center. Under the title «Epi-menomeu Greece | Labor Market: What we need to know»five distinguished speakers shared with the packed audience their knowledge and experience about the job market and the key steps to building a successful professional profile and launching a start-up business. The event was coordinated by the economist Fondas Baraliakos.

The great response, mainly from the young people of our prefecture, students, students, young professionals, as well as people who are looking for work, but also older professionals and businessmen of the wider region, was proportional to the interest shown by the topics that were developed . These were for everyone who wants to properly prepare, train and know useful tools that will help them in the job market and their professional success in Greece and beyond.

The five presenters of the conference focused on "WE STAY IN GREECE" Kostas Papadopoulos (Personnel Management Consultant Randstad Hellas SA), Theodoros Panagiotopoulos (Human Value Human Resources Consultant), Nikos Podas Business consultant – Trainer, Basil Libanovnos  Economist/Accountant – Business Consultant and Xenofon Baraliakos Economist – Business consultant, they emphasized that success is in the hands of each of us, as long as we aim for it correctly and prepare properly. They presented, among other things, the professions that are in demand today and jobs that will have prospects in the future, they gave valuable advice on writing a correct resume, but also the "secrets" of an effective job interview. They also developed the structure that the business must have in order to ensure a successful start and presented the financial tools that our country offers to professionals.

The presentations were made in a comprehensible and inventive way by the presenters, who throughout the event were on the move, kept the interest undiminished and had direct contact with the audience.

The day ended with a constructive discussion between the participants and the presenters, where points of the presentations were specified and clarified, while concerns and opinions of the audience were raised.

At the end, the participants had the opportunity to evaluate the event through a special form while proposing to the organizing company "Dynamic Business" topics for the next day.
